Shipping policy
How an order works
Every personalised piece is printed to order. No personalised design is produced in advance.
- The portrait is created, then checked. No piece enters production without the likeness being checked.
- Your piece is printed in Europe, then shipped. You receive an email with your tracking number.
- Delivery within 7 to 10 working days from ordering, including design, review and printing.
A difficult-to-use photo can extend this time: we contact you before production rather than print an approximate portrait.
Shipping costs and destinations
Delivery is free in France and Belgium, from your first order and with no minimum spend.
For Switzerland, shipping costs are shown at checkout. Duties, taxes and any import fees charged on arrival are not included and remain the recipient’s responsibility.
If your destination is not offered at checkout, email anais@le-favori.com before ordering.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking number. Stated times are indicative and may vary during busy periods, particularly in December.
Delivery address
Please carefully check your address when ordering. An incomplete or incorrect address may result in the parcel being returned to sender, in which case you may be charged for reshipping.
Late or lost parcels
If your parcel exceeds the stated delivery time, email anais@le-favori.com. We open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is declared lost, resend your order free of charge.
