Their favourite pet, the campus legend. The same L’Académie as the grown-ups, on a hoodie in their size.
L’Académie turns their companion into a campus emblem: their portrait, name and birth year sit at the heart of a crest inspired by great American universities. Laurels, varsity lettering and a symmetrical design give their pet the look of a top graduate.
The LE FAVORI heart on the chest. On the back, the crest of the only academy where favouritism is officially embraced.
Their pet’s portrait
Their face, gaze and distinctive features remain those in your photo. Our studio integrates them into the color crest with their name and birth year, balances every element and checks the likeness before printing. The setting changes; their pet stays themselves.
How it works
- Choose the color and children’s size.
- Add a clear photo of the pet, their name and four-digit birth year.
- Our studio creates and checks the crest, then the hoodie is printed and shipped.
No portrait goes to print without a human review. If the photo cannot produce a faithful result, we contact you before any production.
The right photo
A phone photo works perfectly: choose natural light, a clear, unobstructed face and a view at eye level. An older photo also works if the face is clear. Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds, rodents and reptiles are welcome. For a more unusual pet, send us its photo.

Choosing their size
Compare the measurements with a sweatshirt that already fits. Width is measured flat, from one side of the chest to the other; it is not chest circumference. Ages and heights are indicative guides.
| Size | 4 years | 6 years | 8 years | 10 years | 12 years | 14 years |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Indicative height | 96–104 | 106–116 | 118–128 | 130–140 | 142–152 | 154–164 |
| Hoodie length | 45 | 50 | 54 | 58 | 62 | 65 |
| Flat width (half chest) | 36 | 38 | 41 | 44 | 47 | 50 |
Between sizes, choose the larger one for a looser fit.
Care and delivery
Wash at 30°C inside out with similar colors. Air drying is recommended. Iron inside out, never directly over the print; do not bleach or dry clean.

The idea
The legend on their hoodie is their pet.
L’Académie draws on the style of great American universities: a varsity crest, laurels and campus lettering. Your pet becomes the emblem, with their name and birth year at the center of a crest made just for them. The same design as the grown-ups, on a children’s piece.
- The crest
Varsity lettering, laurels and a symmetrical design give the portrait the look of a campus emblem passed from one class to the next.
- The portrait
Their face, gaze and distinctive features remain those in your photo. The style changes, not your companion.
- Share it as a family
The same crest is also available for adults. Explore the adult L’Académie hoodie to create a parent–child duo.
The LE FAVORI heart sits on the chest. The full design unfolds on the back.
Frequently asked questions
Before creating your piece.
See all questionsHow do I choose my child’s size?
The hoodie is available in ages 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14. Check “Details and children’s size guide” near the personalization button for indicative height, garment length and flat width. Compare them with a sweatshirt that already fits.
Which photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit image taken at eye level, with the face unobstructed. Avoid flash, backlighting and anything covering the head.
What if the portrait doesn’t look like them?
We rework the design. If the photo won’t allow a faithful result, we contact you before any printing. If the piece you receive is defective, we offer a full refund for the affected piece with no return required, once the defect is confirmed.
Why is there no preview before buying?
An instant result would inevitably be approximate. We prefer to create the design after ordering, check it and revise it if needed.
What do you personalize on L’Académie?
We integrate your pet’s portrait, name and birth year into the crest. The structure, ornaments and graphic direction remain those of L’Académie.
Why is this design only available in color?
The deep tones, golden details and contrasts of the crest give L’Académie its character and depth.
Which animals do you accept?
Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds, rodents and reptiles are welcome. For a more unusual pet, send us its photo: we will confirm whether it can produce a faithful portrait.
What’s included in the price?
A 280 g/m² children’s hoodie, your pet’s personalized portrait with their name and birth year, a human review before printing and standard US shipping. Each piece is created and printed to order.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Our pieces are personalized from your photo: no returns for a change of mind when the piece matches your order. If a defect is confirmed, we offer a full refund for the affected piece, with no return required. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. See our returns policy for the terms.
Are the same designs available for adults and children?
One pet, two favorite pieces. Choose two adult hoodies, an adult and child pair, or two children’s hoodies. Pick each piece’s design, size and color, then upload one photo and your pet’s details for the pair. Your current bundle price is shown with the offer.
