How your hoodie comes to life

AI-assisted creation, human review: every portrait is individually checked before printing. If your photo needs replacing, we’ll contact you before production. The artwork is created after ordering, so there’s no automatic live preview.

See all questionsWhich photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit image taken at eye level, with the face unobstructed. Avoid flash, backlighting, photos from above and anything covering the head: hands, leads or toys.
What if the portrait doesn’t look like them?
We rework the design. If the photo won’t allow a faithful result, we contact you before any printing. If the piece you receive is defective, we offer a full refund for the affected piece with no return required, once the defect is confirmed.
Why is there no preview before buying?
An instant result would inevitably be approximate. We prefer to create the design after ordering, check it and revise it if needed.
Will I be able to approve the design before printing?
There is no routine customer approval step. However, every portrait is individually reviewed and revised if the likeness or quality falls short of expectations.
Why is Le World Tour available in colour?
colour preserves the shades of their coat, their distinctive features and the portrait’s full expression. This is the interpretation chosen for the current collection.
Which animals do you accept?
Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds, rodents and reptiles are welcome. For a more unusual pet, send us its photo: we will confirm whether it can produce a faithful portrait.
What’s included in £89?
£89 includes your adult hoodie in 280 g/m² fleece with 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester, a custom portrait created from your photo, and a human review before printing. Standard UK delivery is included.
Can I return a personalised piece?
Our pieces are personalised from your photo: no returns for a change of mind when the piece matches your order. If a defect is confirmed, we offer a full refund for the affected piece, with no return required. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. See our returns policy for the terms.
Size & fit
Unisex fit, XS–2XL. Compare the size guide with a garment you already love wearing. Between sizes, choose the larger one for a roomier fit.

- Wash at 30°C / 86°F, inside out, with similar colours.
- Air dry to help protect the print.
- Iron inside out, never directly on the design.
- Do not bleach or dry clean.
